Credit

Borrow against stock you already hold, with the loan sized to a floor rather than to a liquidation price.

What is locked, and by whom

Nothing is escrowed, because nothing is built. The intent is that your shares would be escrowed for the term, with the floor bounding the principal so the loan size is fixed at the start.

At maturity

Repaying would return your shares. Failing to repay would close the position against the escrow after maturity. During the term the mark could move without forcing anything, because there would be no margin call to trigger.

What it costs you
  • Not built. Nothing here is quotable today and none of it has been tested on chain.
  • A lower floor means a smaller loan. Protection and size trade directly against each other.
  • After maturity the position can be closed against your escrow, so the date is the real deadline.
  • Your shares are locked for the whole term and cannot be sold mid-term.
Not built yet

Not built. The Anchor program rejects this program kind today. Harvest and Accumulate are deployed; Credit is design only and is not quotable.
